Dawn Williams, President

Bringing with her over 13 years of sales management experience, Dawn Williams recognizes what it takes to succeed in sales. She has held managerial positions at Allstream, ACC, Xerox Canada, Medisys Health Group and Pitney Bowes, where from 2005-06 she directed a regional team of five sales managers and 43 sales representatives.

Ms. Williams’ extensive experience in sales includes recruiting, training and managing sales staff; developing and nurturing client relationships; and overseeing the execution of strategic sales initiatives. Her teams consistently set standards for growth and surpassed aggressive sales targets. Ms. Williams applies her insider knowledge of sales and sales-people to the selection and recruitment of uniquely qualified sales professionals.

The recipient of numerous awards and distinctions, Ms. Williams is a hands-on manager who is committed to fostering a motivational work environment. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Montreal’s Concordia University, and earned her MBA from Athabasca University.

Brigitte Beaudoin, Senior Partner

Having excelled as a call center manager and sales representative in a highly competitive marketplace for more than 15 years, Brigitte Beaudoin now applies her comprehensive knowledge of sales to the recruitment of sales professionals. Prior to assuming her current position at Sirius Personnel, Ms. Beaudoin was an Executive Search Specialist for Nexa Recruitment, where from 2004 until 2006 she focused exclusively on the recruitment of sales professionals, IT professionals and management personnel for clients in the field of information technology.

Ms. Beaudoin’s long and varied career in sales includes tenures as a call center manager and sales representative at Allstream, Cantel/AT&T and Hydro Québec. Having started out at Allstream as a sales representative in 1998, Ms. Beaudoin consistently surpassed very demanding sales targets. She was named to the company’s President’s Club she also received numerous monthly awards as the company’s top sales representative. Ultimately, Ms. Beaudoin was promoted to Client Business Manager, Named Accounts, a position she held until 2004. In this capacity, she was responsible for maintaining and expanding an existing client base that represented more than 4.4M in revenue, in addition to charting the direction of strategic sales initiatives for major accounts.

Maxime St-Cyr, Talent Acquisition Specialist

Maxime St-Cyr began his career as an operations manager in the sales and high-end hospitality industries. Through these experiences he developed an excellent sense of customer service and built on his ability to effectively assess people skills and potential. His innate talent for communications naturally led him towards human resources management.

In 2005, Mr. St-Cyr joined a recruitment firm for which he successfully managed the business relationships with corporations participating to Montreal and Toronto career events. Dynamic and enthusiastic he brings with him an extensive professional network adequately serving the needs of Sirius Personnel’s clientele.
